A tasty twist on Cookies and Cream. It combines vanilla ice cream, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, caramel, and Samosa Cookies to make a delicious dessert!
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 8 Samoa Cookies
- ¼ cup mini-chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup caramel sauce
Combine your ingredients in a blender. Blend in 4-5 pulses, until fully blended.
Pour into glass. Top with whipped cream, caramel sauce, and a cookie. Serve immediately.
