In a saucepan, place ingredients for blueberry filling over low-medium heat. Cook until thickened, about 20-30 minutes. Stir frequently. Set aside and let cool completely.
7 cups frozen blueberries, ¼ cup sugar
Preheat oven to 350F. In a stand mixer, combine Greek yogurt and flour. Using dough hook, mix on low until a ball begins to form, about 3 minutes.
2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt, 2 cups self-rising flour
On a floured surface, roll the dough into a large rectangle, about ½" thick. Spread filling onto dough. Taking the long end, roll the dough towards the other long edge until a long, spiral of dough is formed. Cut into 12 pieces and place onto lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges begin to brown.
In a bowl, combine frosting ingredients. Spread onto warm rolls.
