Seasonal baking

Fresh ingredients will always bring an extra flare to whatever you're baking.  I love focusing on seasonal fruits to add somethign special to my baking.  Here are some of my favorite fruit recipes.

14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 pt heavy cream 3 medium lemons 2 tbsp dried lavender

The perfect topping for any rhubarb baking or just a tasty treat! The tartness of the rhubarb is tampered by the simple syrup, then it's baked until it's a beautiful texture.
